"What are your Hours of Operation?"

Our Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Pacific Time to answer all of your website questions.  If you are in need of assistance during the weekend you may email our support team at Support@AdvancedAccess.com and we will address your inquiry first thing Monday morning.

"Can I work with just one Customer Support Representative?"

The Advanced Access Customer Support Team operates as an inbound call center, therefore it is likely that your favorite Representative will be unavailable each time you call.   Everyone in our call center is excellent and is always ready to assist you with anything you need.

"How long does it take for my requested changes to be made?"

Our Customer Support Team has a 24-48 hour response time on all inquiries and requests for changes.  Often times, you will get a response much quicker!  In some instances though, lengthy work and research may be needed in order to complete the task at hand.  You will be personally notified if any request will take longer than expected.

"Do I have to pay for Support for my website?"

Advanced Access offers Support for all of our clients free of charge.  We are available to answer any questions you may have.  If you have a request that involves design or programming time, some costs may apply.  Please give us a call at (866) 518-1571 if you have such a request so we can provide you with a quote.
