A: Live Chat is an instant messenger support program that allows you to engage website visitors in an "IM" conversation.
Q: Why would I want to add Live Chat to my site?
A: You can see live if a visitor is on your site and then click to offer to have a chat session with them. You can also accept chats from your website visitors while you are online. This is a great way to get leads!
Q: What if you are out and about and do not always have time to sit at your desk having chats?
A: Have an internet enabled mobile device? Get online there. Or, post a notice on your site that you will be available for Live Chat sessions during a specific time period.

Advanced Access is pleased to announce the beginning of the nomination period for the 2008 Most Impressive Real Estate Website Contest! We are looking for Advanced Access clients who have put hard work and effort into making their real estate website a success. We have formed a panel of judges here at Advanced Access headquarters to review each nomination. The panel will judge each entry within the context of the category you have entered. Once our panel has reviewed and scored each nomination, a list of finalists for each category will be published via Marketing Tip. Advanced Access Office Closure
Advanced Access will be closing early tomorrow, June 7, 2008 to allow all of our staff to attend the Advanced Access Family Picnic. Our Support Center will be open from 7 AM Pacific Time through 12 NOON Pacific Time. We will resume normal business hours on Sunday June 8, 2008.
