Be Highly Visible with a Zip Code Sponsorship RealEstateABC now offers premium placement in their directory through sponsorship of a zip code. When you sponsor a zip code, your photo and expanded information appears at the top of the Realtor Search page when consumers seek a Realtor in a community included in your zip code. Only one sponsor per zip code is allowed, which offers an exclusive advantage over others in your area. The zip code sponsorship position is a highly visible link and the availability of sponsorships is limited, especially in certain desirable areas. If you're interested in becoming a zip code sponsor, we recommend you sign up soon to avoid losing this opportunity. The zip code sponsor link appears with a sizable photo and additional information about you and your business. When searching for a zip code, the sponsor will automatically appear at the top of the page. During a community search, if the consumer "drills down" to a city that any agent in the directory has linked to that particular zip code, the sponsor's link will show up at the top of the page. Please Note: a city such as Mission Viejo, California has three zip codes. If three different agents sponsored each of those zip codes and a consumer was "drilling down" to do a Realtor Search for Mission Viejo, each of those agents would appear as a sponsor at the top of the page. If the consumer used a zip code search to find a Realtor, only one sponsor would show up at the top of the page. The cost of zip code sponsorship is $200.00.
