Here you can post the answers to your clients' questions with their own personal login and password. This will allow you to create a handy reference for your clients that can be accessed at any time. You can organize the information in a chronological format for easy viewing on your website. Posting a log of your meetings, property showings, and correspondence on your website will provide your clients useful information and a history file they can refer to on a regular basis. In addition to helping you STAND OUT from the competition, your Client Update page will add loyalty and credibility to the agent-client or agent-prospect relationship. And, your update page will direct your prospects to return to your website frequently for further information. For Relocation - If a buyer is moving to a specific place in town, set up an 'Update' page with information about their specific community, maps of the area, special phone numbers, links to job sites, and more. Most of this information should be easy for you to quickly research on the Internet. Your prospects will be SO impressed with your efficiency when they log in to their own personal page and find a comprehensive page with the results of your research on their behalf. The relocation page will create more loyalty and make your prospects feel special as a bonus. For Family & Friends - Have some FUN with the Property Update Center, and use it for general announcements, family reunions and get-togethers. It's easy to post directions to the next neighborhood party, instructions on what to bring, details, and a list of who's attending the party!
