This is your Marketing Tip of the Week from Advanced Access! Once your website is online, the most important thing to do is to check your email throughout the day. Timely responses to your clients can make the difference in their decision about choosing a Realtor, or providing assistance to them in the future. When you reply to an email, make sure you are including all of your contact information at the end of your email. This is usually referred to as a 'Signature'. This is important because sometimes people might not recognize your email address off-hand. Also, you want to give them every opportunity to go to your website where they will be able to browse through your listings, community information, and other programs. Many email programs have a place for you to create your signature file. You can even create several signatures for different purposes. Real Estate! The signature above lists the name, company, phone numbers, and a simple message regarding what they do. The recipient can also click on the website link to find out more information. Let Me Propose a RealtorŪ to Assist You: Selling Your Home? | Be Sure to Read This: Make sure that you have your email signature set up when composing and returning business emails (if you have it available through your email service). Once you create your signature, send it to your friends and family to get their comments on it! Change your signature weekly to include Homeowner tips, inspirational quotes, or a (tasteful) joke of the week. These are the types of things that will make you stand out to your clients.
