When you're working with your
website, it's good to have a "plan" in your mind before
you get started. Be sure to put a lot of thought into how you are
arranging your navigation buttons, contact information, and lead
generation forms. Most importantly, you want to make it EASY for
your website visitors to contact you, and your website can
help!
E-mail links vs. Forms: Some
website owners rely primarily on e-mail links as a means of
encouraging contact from their website visitors. However, directing
people ONLY to your e-mail address is not making it easy enough for
the consumer to contact you. Our suggestion is to direct your
visitors to a contact form within your website.
Why use forms in addition to
e-mail links? When a prospect clicks on your e-mail link, THEY
have to compose a message to communicate their reason for writing.
Some people have good written communication skills; however, many of
us find it difficult to write an e-mail message because we don't
always know how to structure our request. Your prospects may not
know the type of information you need to serve them, AND often they
will leave out important contact information.
An online lead generation form
requires less thought from your prospect because it asks specific
questions to direct them through the process of contacting you: i.e.
- name, e-mail address, phone number, and a section for comments or
miscellaneous information. The form LEADS your prospect through the
process, and it contains the information you need in order to help
them in the purchase or sale of their property.
How many times have you received an e-mail that did not list your
prospect's contact information? It's frustrating for both parties
when you have to play "e-mail tag" with your prospect
simply to obtain his phone number. You can avoid wasting your time
by directing your prospect to fill out a contact form on your
website that includes all of the information you need to serve him
further.
How effective are your own
e-mails? When you correspond electronically with your
prospective clients, are YOU including all the information they need
to contact you? Now is the time to evaluate the message you are
sending to your clients and prospects through your e-mail signature.

reasons: 1) Great customer service. 2) New ideas every week 3) It's
a great way to double end a deal 4) Its the pioneer for new cards,
Banners and virtual tours. All you have to do is get out there with
some print and the people will see that you're a step above the
rest.
Keep up the great customer service and thanks."

"I put a house on the market on
Tuesday, July 9th and sent the IntelliC@rd out that night. The first
showing was scheduled at 9:30 am the following morning. We proceeded
to have 5-6 showings a day on a $380,000 house that is in perfect
condition and priced at the top of the market. On Sunday, July 14th,
we had a full price offer. The buyer's agent indicated that her
clients had just lost out on another property. She thanked me
for sending the IntelliC@rd and asked me for the specifics so she
can begin using it in her marketing as well. I expect to receive an
IntelliC@rd from her soon."
