catch your eye? It includes the magic word 'FREE'!
It's nice to mention your website in your conversation with your
clients and prospects - i.e. "Visit my website and learn
about real estate in your area." More enticing to the
consumer is "Get your FREE
real estate report today at www.MyDomainName.com."
Don't like the word
'Free'? Try using the word 'complimentary' instead. Let your
friends, family, and current prospects know they can go to your
website @ www.MyDomainName.com and they will receive specialized
real estate reports with your compliments.
Offer FREE
advice, tips, tricks, etc. The word 'FREE'
will lead them to your site, and the helpful information you provide
inside your website - property listings, local area information,
consumer information, advice for homebuyers and home sellers, and
more - will keep them interested and encourage them to stay
LONGER.
One of the resources
included in your website is our FREE
Reports - information that can
be e-mailed to your clients with our "Auto Responders" -
choose from the reports we've included in your virtual office, or
write your own! The reports are automatically sent to your clients,
and you're notified with the recipient's contact information at the
time they are e-mailed.
This program comes with
seven pre-written reports, such as "10 Tips to Successful Real
Estate Investing," and "How to Make Money in Real
Estate".
To review your Free
Reports section, log in to your Virtual Office and select 'Free
Reports'. You will find seven default reports already set up in the
program. To really MAXIMIZE the impact of each report, click on each
report to add your name, phone number, and contact information,
along with your slogan, or perhaps the area you serve. Once you've
entered the information into one of the reports, copy and paste it
to each report on your list.
Here's an example:

local real estate expert, please call me TOLL FREE at 800-123-1234
for information about real estate in Anaheim, Yorba Linda,

To further personalize
your website, create your OWN Free reports! Once you have created
your reports, be sure to talk about them with your clients at every
opportunity. Let them know that if they visit your website, they
will be able to get something FREE
or COMPLIMENTARY. Mention your
free reports on your voice mail, postcards, business cards, and any
other marketing materials.
Some of the best
information you can offer in a free report will be local information
(specific to YOUR area,) recent sales in the area, free advice about
one of your specialties - i.e. (Seniors, First Time Homebuyers,
etc.), or market conditions in the area. Once you've written your
report, it's easy to copy and paste it into the system. Don't forget
to give it a title to ENTICE your prospects to sign up for it
through your website!
