country? We recently announced the formation of our own
Advanced Access Forum, and since its inception you've posted
hundreds of messages with innovative ideas, reciprocal link sharing,
GREAT Internet marketing questions and more.
Think of your Advanced Access Forum
as a HANDY RESOURCE for ideas for using your website to generate
MORE leads for your real estate business. The information comes from
your colleagues in the industry who enjoy sharing ideas for the
benefit of all who are involved in the forums. You just might find
something in the forums that will be helpful for YOU in your
business.
Some of the subjects included in the
Forum are:
- Search Engines… Meta Tags, Link
Popularity, and more
- Traditional Advertising, and how
it can drive MORE traffic to your website
- How to use Intellicards 3.0 to
MAXIMIZE the Impact of your Website
- Help Desk to ask questions of the
AA Staff
One of the newer topics in our forum
is both fun and informative. Introduced last week by one of our
valued clients - Gregg
Wiatt, from Prescott Arizona, the subject is "Who Has
the Most Impressive Advanced Access Website." Greg
Wiatt, who has a VERY impressive website himself, worked extensively
on his link popularity and has taken full advantage of the features
and options available in our versatile Classic Package
model.
The forum will be hosting the
nominations until May 1, 2003 at which time we will have a voting
period. The winner will be announced in the May Newsletter.
Even if you don't think your own
website is worthy of a nomination, it is definitely worth your while
just to check out those who WERE nominated and gain some valuable
ideas from other successful Advanced Access websites.
And if you think YOUR website is
impressive be sure to log-in and nominate it today!

Spring is in the air...
As the sun races across the sky, the
days become longer, the air warmer and, once again, life begins to
return to the land. Twice a year, day and night become equal in
length.
These times, known as equinoxes, were
markers in which seeds would be planted and then harvested. The
first of these, the Spring or Vernal Equinox occurs on or about
March 21st of each year.
The Vernal Equinox is a time of
renewal, both in nature and perhaps, in your website! A good
"spring cleaning" prepares your home (and your website!)
for the positive growing energy of spring and summer.
Is it time to give your website a
spring cleaning? Why not visit your site today and pretend
you're a consumer seeing it for the first time. Visit our forums to
share ideas with your colleagues about how you can maximize your
Internet presence.
We'll see you at the forums!

Read the following from real estate
professionals who are using Advanced Access' Marketing Tips to their advantage:
"In April 2001, I attended a
seminar at our local Desert Association of Realtors in Palm Desert,
Calif., put on by Advanced Access. I found a web designer that knew
real estate and upon checking with multiple other realtors that were
clients of Advanced Access, many who I knew, started to develop a
custom site.
This has matured since then and with
my continuing education in computer technology — I’m currently
an E-Pro NAR student, and working with Jennifer Boullion, Angie
Cummings and now Aron Spegon, there is not a day that goes by
without increased traffic to the site and positive written responses
received from clients. In just a few months when I had virtually
zero traffic to my site and no business, I have gone to multiple
responses per day and a growing website based client list and
substantially increased business. It’s such a pleasure to work
with my web designers, Jennifer, Angie and Aron as I would come up
with ideas and innovative techniques to attract clients and these
professionals would implement and improve them. Aron Spegon has been
an invaluable help and his advice, counsel and efficiency are truly
appreciated.
The educational side of Advanced
Access i.e. the training classes held on site, (I’ve been to every
one) and the periodic newsletters and alerts are part of a
comprehensive, well thought out and complete package. There is not
one day now that I have not had 5 to 15 positive responses and
potential clients contact me and request assistance. This will all
lead to increased sales volume and listing volume. The costs
involved in the website development have been substantial but thru
the process of maturation, experience and old fashioned “trial and
error” have paid off. There is no question that I feel my real
estate business and website presence is above and beyond the
competition.
These techniques have also assisted
me in the development of my alternate non real estate website
— FSPrescott.com which is also very successful. I made the right
decision in April 2001 and continue with enthusiasm to appreciate
the Advanced Access Approach to Real Estate Websites.

"I listed a townhome in Redondo
Beach, California. The sellers requested that it be withheld from
the MLS till the exterior was painted and some interior repairs were
completed. These were scheduled to be completed several weeks later.
I received permission to place the property on my website,
www.gr8homes.com with some interior and exterior photos.
Two days later, I received an e-mail
from a couple in Texas relocating to the Los Angeles area who
spotted my listing. A few e-mails back and forth resulted in
obtaining their telephone number and finally an appointment. They
came out for their relocation house hunting and we spent a weekend
viewing homes on the market. Sunday prior to returning home, they
wrote an offer on my new listing resulting in a double pop!
Great job Advanced Access!"
