This is your Marketing Tip of the Week from Advanced Access! HumanClick is a Live Customer Service program where you can talk to your website visitors instantly. It works as an 'Chat' feature where you can type text back and forth to your visitor. If you are familiar with AOL Instant Messenger, HumanClick works in the same way. If you are online and have HumanClick turned on, your site will display an image saying 'Click to Chat!'. Then, visitors would be able to click on your icon and start up a conversation with you. Not everyone is at their computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your visitors will understand this too! HumanClick will know when you are not running the chat program, and will display a "Leave a Message' icon on your site. Then, the visitor will fill out a small form that will be delivered into your email immediately after they send it! For real estate professionals, a great idea would be to display the hours that you can normally be reached online and you will find that HumanClick will be used to the maximum! Advanced Access has been using HumanClick for several weeks now and it is a great program! The first day we added the program to our website we had over six requests to chat with us.
