More NEW Intellicards Designs Released

Over 30 STUNNING NEW DESIGNS have just been added to our Intellicards collection. In addition to our already extensive collection of attractive greetings, we're continually adding new styles so you can always keep your message to clients and prospects "fresh." Now you'll find MORE reasons than ever to keep in touch with your clients and prospects with attractive new greetings that can be sent all throughout the year.

Intellicards has MANY unique features designed to make your life easier. Our new free upgrade to Intellicards v3.0 a few months ago included some fabulous new features including:

  • A revamped new Address Book to easily manage your contacts. 

Research has shown that clients require up to 7 follow-up contacts before deciding to work with you. Every time a form is filled out in your website, Intellicards will import the prospect's contact information directly into a special address book. Once the information is imported, it will begin sending your prospective clients 7 automatic pre-written e-mail greetings at specific intervals to keep in touch.  

If you do not have the full version of Intellicards (Intellicards Lite) the e-mail will be sent to your prospects with welcoming messages written by our copywriters, or you can turn this preference to off. If you do have the full version of Intellicards, YOU have the control to change these automatic contacts with custom messages of your choice. The convenience of having an automatic campaign sent to your website prospects is a GREAT time saver for YOU!

  • A customizable Preferences Section 

Our Intellicards Version 3.0 preferences section gives you more choices than ever. Now you can choose a different time interval for your automatic campaign to be sent to your clients and prospects. The default setting for the time interval is weekly; however, you can change it to bi-weekly, daily, monthly, and more! In Preferences, you can select a different campaign to be sent to your prospective clients. ANY of the available IntelliC@rd campaigns can be sent to your guestbook entries, or you can even create your own CUSTOM campaign! Would you prefer NOT to send your guestbook entries any e-mail campaigns? This can be accomplished as well, and the options can be changed in your Preferences section.  

If you are part of a team, you can choose to have your Intellicards pluralized or change your Signature Footer for each and every card sent to your recipients. The Preferences section gives you the ability to fine-tune Intellicards in a way that works best for YOU.

  • Remember appointments, campaigns, and cards sent out with the Calendar Feature.

Be sure to check out the Calendar section periodically. In the Version 3.0 Calendar section, you can see which cards have been sent, when they arrived, and how many times the card has been viewed (this is a great new feature!) All of this information can be viewed at a glance in the Calendar section. Now you can customize the Calendar even more to set up requests for those hard-to-remember birthdays, anniversaries, and important appointments. If you would like a reminder sent to you, Intellicards will automatically e-mail you a notice.

  • New categories in our Create IntelliC@rd section.

"On Friday evening we listed a relocation property. The sellers were leaving the country for 2 weeks and didn't want us to put the property in MLS or advertise it until they left at 11:30 AM Sunday. They did agree for us to hold an Open House on Sunday from 1 to 5 PM.

Saturday evening we put the home into the MLS. Using our web site we created a flyer.
