The E-mail Forwarding program,

be forwarded to your existing e-mail account, where you would read
it as usual.

Benefits of a 'Catch-All' E-mail
Address:
A 'Catch-All' e-mail mask is an
extremely useful tool. This catch-all, appropriately named, will catch
all incoming e-mail that goes to Anything@YourDomain.com.
For instance, if your domain name is JoeSmith.com, and your
e-mail mask is Info@JoeSmith.com
and you have your catch-all activated, if someone accidentally
e-mails you at Information@JoeSmith.com,
the e-mail will still reach you.
Lauren
Whittaker, from Marietta, GA, a savvy and successful Internet
expert, suggests using catch-alls for creating bogus e-mail
addresses for spam purposes. If, for example, you purchase a book
from Amazon.com and have to input your e-mail address to complete
your purchase, Lauren suggests signing up with Amazon@YourDomain.com.
If your e-mail is ever sold to other companies and they start
sending you spam, you can filter out anything received
"To" that specific email address and send it directly to
your 'Deleted' files or any other folder that you specify.
Catch-Alls can also be a great tool
for creating new advertising opportunities. Did you just get a hot
listing on 1234 Main Street? Set-up an e-mail called '1234Main@MyDomainName.com'
that you can advertise on the brochure or in the newspaper. Then, if
people are interested in this particular property, they can e-mail
you and you can brand your e-mail to the listing. When they e-mail
you at this address, you can set up an auto responder to INSTANTLY
send them all the pertinent information.

The E-mail Forwarding program
also incorporates e-mail auto responses. Are you not able to
check your e-mail as often as you should? By enabling an automatic
response to your e-mail you can make sure your potential customer
knows that you have received their e-mail and you will get back to

There are times when you are away

your primary e-mail address, you can give phone numbers where
prospective clients can reach you, your schedule for the day, what
time you usually answer your e-mails, and other important
information.

If you offer any special
promotions such as bonuses, free gifts, or monthly drawings you
can also incorporate this into your auto responses.
Maybe you have a special referral
plan for anyone that sends you a client. On your primary e-mail
address add a paragraph at the end that reads "If you are
interested in my fabulous referral program, please e-mail me at
FreeStuff@MyDomain.com to find out how it works."
Then, set up an e-mail auto response
for:
FreeStuff@YourDomain.com
You can write all the information
about your program in the auto responder. This will make it easier
for your clients to access it and you can change it anytime you
want. And, be SURE to set up a link to your website.
When describing the program to your
clients, make it sound special and exciting. If your promotion is
for referrals, mention it in a conversation with a client whose
escrow just closed. Act surprised that they have not heard of it.
Rather than describing all the details, tease them a little with a
few highlights, and tell them to e-mail FreeStuff@YourDomain.com
when they have time. Adding the FREE
word will immediately pique your prospects' curiosity and they will
e-mail you to find out what it's all about. Incorporate this into
any program you offer.
Instead of a referral program how
about an auto responder (updated weekly) for your choice of the best
available listings on the market - call it "Joe's Hot
Listings of the Week." Set up an auto responder for 'HotListings@YourDomain.com'
and keep it updated each week. Take ten minutes every Friday night
to keep these updated, and tell EVERYONE about it during your
conversations with clients and prospects.
