Does the statement above grab your attention?  It includes the magic word 'FREE'!  It's one thing to say, "Come to our site and learn about my business." It's quite another to say "Get your FREE real estate report today at www.AdvancedAccess.com."  

Offer FREE advice, tips, tricks, etc. The largest portion of Internet sales are INFORMATION! Offer FREE information, then lead your customers to work with you.

One of the programs that is included in your website is our FREE Reports – information that can be emailed to your clients with our "Auto Responders" — choose from our reports,  or write your own! The reports are automatically sent to your clients, and you’re notified when they’re sent.

This program comes with seven default reports, such as "10 Tips to Successful Real Estate Investing," and "How to Make Money in Real Estate". 

The first thing you should do is login to your Virtual Office and select 'Free Reports'.  You will see seven default reports in there already.  What is not included in the reports is your own PERSONAL information.  You will need to add this information into each report.  Make sure to include your name, phone numbers, and your website address.  This way prospective clients will remember where they got this information from.

Also, a great idea would be to create new reports!  Once you have created them, be sure to let your clients know about them.  Let them know that if they visit your website, they will be able to get something FREE.  This would be a good thing to add onto your voice mail, postcards, business cards, etc.   

Good reports to add would be a recently sold list from your farming area, a monthly newsletter concerning matters in your community, free tips on something you specialize in, etc, etc.  Get creative with your reports!
