Have You Reconciled With Your ’04 Site? (Part 4)

Now it’s time to get down to BUSINESS with the final resolution in our series.  What will you do when the contacts start pouring in from your website and marketing efforts?

Resolution 5 - I will incorporate an email marketing solution and contact management program

Now that you have people coming to your site, they ARE going to start contacting you.  Do you have what you need to manage your contacts efficiently?  Can your contact management program follow up with website visitors AUTOMATICALLY?  The answer is YES if you utilize your Intellicards program provided by Advanced Access.  If you are using a different contact management program be sure it meets the criteria for easy and professional follow up.

Be sure your website contact forms interact with your contact management program.  When you have your Advanced Access website set up with Intellicards or Intellicards Lite, a website visitor can fill out a contact form, and then their information will be automatically entered into your Intellicards address book.  Once entered, your contact will be replied to automatically.  It is always favorable to use a drip marketing campaign geared toward someone who has just visited your site as opposed to an “instant” auto-response.  The marketing campaign will not look as “canned” as an instant response.  With Intellicards and Intellicards Lite, your contacts will be set up on one of these campaigns automatically.  If you use a contact management program that does not currently interact with your website, how many hours do you spend duplicating your work with data entry?  You can save that time with an integrated program that will give you a much needed head-start.

Drip marketing campaigns help keep your name in front of your prospects on a regular basis.  A series of e-mail messages for recent website visitors, recent open house visitors, homeowners, prospective buyers, etc, are examples of campaigns that can enhance your interaction with your website visitors, past clients, and current clients.  It doesn’t hurt if your e-mails are “spiced up” with graphics, animation, or sound.

Your contact management program should include an address book that you can organize to fit your needs.  You need to be able to set up contacts within lists.  For example, you will need to be able to divide your contacts into lists of past clients, current buyers, current sellers, buyer prospects, seller prospects, etc.  Then when you would like to begin a drip campaign of homeowners tips, for instance, you can select your past clients list.

Be sure to review the kinds of inquiries you are getting through your site.  Get familiar with your website visitors; what they look at the most, etc.  (Your website statistics program will display this information for you).  You will be able to integrate a contact management program that is specific to your area and your marketing needs if you know what you are looking for.  The easiest way to get started on the efficient management of your contacts and on your way to MAKING MONEY is to integrate a program that is flexible and allows you to customize your messages and create your own campaigns.

All of the needs for a TOTAL email marketing solution and contact management program mentioned above are met with the Advanced Access Intellicards program.  If you aren’t sure how to incorporate this program into your website, we can help get you started on Intellicards.  Remember, the LITE version of the Intellicards program is FREE to you and should already be turned on in your Virtual Office.  To get the most out of your site, we suggest upgrading to the full version of Intellicards program.  Contact us for information and pricing!

Read the following from real estate professionals who are using Advanced Access' Marketing Tips to their advantage:

"I just want to tell you how much I love your program. I had a website before where every time I wanted to change something, I had to email them and they had to do it. I had almost no control. (That website company went out of business. I wonder why!) That is why I started looking around and found you. I love the fact that I have control over the content and am able to add pages, change buttons, etc. and customize my website to be more like me. For example, I have a section on neighborhoods that I specialize in on my website. I wanted to do this on my previous website, but they were going to charge me to update it every time a home status changed, ie. active, pending, sold, in one of my neighborhoods. I love the fact that I can do that myself, when I want and as often as I want. I have had your website for about a year and love it. I continue to add pages and more information as I have time. It is unlimited what you can do if you just use a little creativity. Thank you Advanced Access for letting me have control of my website!"
