Keep Your Prospective Clients Interested!

One of the ways to keep your prospects coming back to your site on a regular basis is to keep your content fresh and new.  How do you keep them interested, you ask?  Write a bi-monthly or monthly NEWSLETTER to keep your site visitors informed about what's going on in the world of Real Estate.

The newsletter is one way of keeping prospects in your site as well as getting them to come back to your site on a regular basis.  It is recommended that whatever your product is, always offer a free newsletter. You can offer a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly newsletters depending on how much time you wish to spend in researching and writing your newsletter.

I recommend a bi-monthly or monthly time period because the newsletters will not be seen for a while between issues. There is that feeling of missing the issue.  The more often you change your newsletter, the more "urgency" is created for your visitors to come back soon.  The key lesson is to make your newsletter valuable as possible, that people will actually look forward to getting it.

Keep your newsletter SHORT.  Nobody wants to spend a half hour or more reading the news no matter HOW interesting it may be.  So, keep it short, and if your visitors have questions for you, let them ask!  That's the point, right?  To keep them interested!

There are many different programs that will automatically send out a Real Estate newsletter FOR you, but many of these have an associated monthly or yearly cost involved.

Another solution is Advanced Access Intellicards (See more info at www.DemoCards.com).  We have a monthly marketing campaign that automatically sends out a newsletter to your clients on a specific date that you can pre determine.  

For those with more time and writing skills, you may choose to write your own newsletter. =)  This of course takes more of your time, but it is definitely a valuable tool!  More on that later!
