  • Choose from 7 Hot New Layouts for your listing display - new and exciting styles are available to give your listings a fresh new presentation.
  • Color Scheme Choices…. Now you can choose between 6 Beautiful Color Schemes for your ListNow display, so your property section will blend in with the rest of your website. Some of the color schemes now available are Gold and Black, Blue, Green, and Red.
  • Name Choices for the property listing section. Now you can choose the NAME of your property section. Some of the choices include:

    Featured Properties
    Our Properties
    My Properties
    Featured Listings
    My Listings
    Online Property Inventory
    and MORE
  • Banner Graphics Choices for the property listing section. Choose from ten beautiful choices of banner graphics. Some of the selections appear below:

 

  • Edit your Preferences…. Now YOU can determine how you would like your listings to be displayed -- in a "one liner" format, search page, or expanded format. You can also determine whether you want your listings to be displayed "low to high price, "high to low," or by priority order.
  • Guestbook Options…. If you would like your website visitors to sign a REQUIRED Guestbook before they view your property listings, simply use your mouse to set it up automatically.
  • Filter Listings by Farm Area - If you would like your listings to be sorted by "Farm Area" you can arrange them first by Farm, then by any price and/or priority.
  • Receive Statistics on your Property Listing...Each listing will have a counter that will let you know how many visitors it has received.  This will be a great tool for your sellers!
  • Your Website Visitors Can Reposition Your Listings - While viewing your listings, the visitors to your site can decide in which order they would like to view your listings. With the click of a mouse, the program will rearrange the listings - low to high price, high to low, and a number of additional selections.

Your ListNOW program is a FREE Upgrade.  We are so excited about these new and improved options you will have to control the look and feel of your property listings.  

Be on the LOOKOUT for these new and exciting updates in the next two weeks.  This will be a whole NEW database that will require the transfer of your listings from your old database to our new ListNOW.  Instructions will be following next week. :)  Please stay tuned!
