~ ListNOW v3.0 is Finally HERE! ~

Please check your Virtual Office for this FREE upgrade to your ListNOW program.  ListNOW v3.0 is the database that allows you to post property listings directly to your website.  If you are not sure if you currently have this program, please check with your Account Executive!

Our last marketing tip outlined the new features of ListNOW v3.0.  If you didn't have a chance to read over the new features, please click here!  To get started right away on importing your properties from the old database to ListNOW v3.0, please keep on reading!

At this time, ListNOW v3.0 is available to you through your Virtual Office.  You will need to proceed to the www.aavirtualoffice.com  and Login.

You will see two options for your ListNOW database.  

  1. Click on LIST NOW to view your current listings database.
        
  2. You will see a reminder at the top of the page that says
    *** Attention Advanced Access Valued Clients ***
    You must import your agents (located in your 'Manage Agents' section) before you can import your properties into your new ListNOW.
        
  3. To import your agent(s), click on the link that says, "To import your Agents, please click HERE."
        
  4. At the top of that page, you will see a message that says,
    *** Attention Advanced Access Valued Clients ***
    Click HERE to import all Agents to the New ListNOW     
       
  5. Click on that link to continue the import process.
       
  6. A window will pop up that says, "You can import your agent(s) only once. After you have imported your agent(s) into ListNOW v3.0, your transition has begun. Although you will still see the Agent(s) listed in both the old and new versions of the program, you MUST use ListNOW v3.0 for all further editing and deleting of agents, once you have imported them into the new program."
       
  7. If you wish to continue the import, then click 'OK'
       
  8. The page will then reload with RED text at the top that says, "All Agents Have Been Imported." This is your confirmation that you have successfully imported your agent(s) into ListNOW v3.0. ***Remember, all NEW agents that you add from this point on will now need to be updated in ListNOW v3.0.
       
  9. Next, you will want to begin importing your listings to the new database by clicking on VIEW CURRENT LISTINGS at the top left of the page.

On each individual listing, you will see a red link at the bottom that says, "Click here to import your listing to the New List Now." Click on that link to begin the import of that listing.

You will then be taken to the ADD A LISTING page in ListNOW v3.0 and all of the information you had in the other database will appear in that form. 

In the ListNOW v3.0, certain fields are REQUIRED, and if they are not entered at this time, the listing will not be accepted. The required fields are:

Listing Title, Listing Text, Low Price, Zip Code, Property Type, and Agent

  1. Fill out those fields if they are not already filled out, and fill out any other information that you would like to include on the form.
      
  2. Once you have entered all information, click on the NEXT>> button at the bottom of the page.
      
  3. You will then be taken to Page 2 of the listing information. Fill in the required information, and any other info you would like to add, and then click the NEXT>> button on the bottom of the page. (If you have not entered all required information, a window will pop up that will request the specific information that is still needed. Once you enter the info required then click the NEXT>> button again).
      
  4. You will then be taken to Page 3 of the listing information which is where you can change, edit, or add to your photos and/or Virtual Tour. Once you are finished in this section, click on the DONE button at the bottom of the page.
      
  5. You will then be taken back to the front page of your Current or "Old" List Now Database. The red import link that you clicked on for the listing you just imported will be gone, as you have completed the import process for that listing.
      
  6. Repeat this process for the rest of your listings until all the red import links are gone for each listing.

Once you have finished all of your imports, contact your Account Executive via email or phone to have the link on your website changed to ListNOW v3.0.

From this point on, all new listings and changes to your listing or agent information will need to be done through your ListNOW v3.0 Database.

ListNOW v3.0 is a FREE Upgrade.  We are so excited about these new and improved options you will have to control the look and feel of your property listings.
