Introducing our NEW Virtual Office!

Our Product Development department has been busy this summer updating our Advanced Access Virtual Office to better serve YOU. Today is the day - we're releasing some exciting NEW changes to our Virtual Office program.

Our Virtual Office allows you to have the access and control you need to make changes in certain sections of your website quickly and easily with a "click of a mouse." Our objective is to present a new and improved Virtual Office program that we think you will find more user-friendly, time-efficient, and consistent.

As you will see, all of these wonderful features can now save our clients even more time, effort, and frustration.

How will the new Virtual Office affect me? The NEW Virtual Office will save you valuable time and make it easier for you to edit your website. Initially things will look a little "different" on your primary screen. However, as the choices are placed more consistently throughout the Virtual Office, with most items accessible from the front page, you'll find it easier to use, and will spend less time working with your website. In addition, you'll find MORE resources for help in answering your questions about the Virtual Office.

If you log in to your Virtual Office today, you should see a small "popup window" that will give you access to our new program. The new look should be permanent next week, but we wanted to give you a preview of what you will be seeing when we make the change.

The theme that will bring Virtual Office together as one solid program is 'Technology'. We have incorporated graphics, and a help center (the 'Virtual Helper') in creating this theme.

We've also included some new additions and changes to the individual programs that will enhance your user experience within our Virtual Office.

Some of the changes include:

Virtual Helper - A FABULOUS new help feature! Our Virtual Helper includes brief FAQ's and a definition of each feature, along with instructions that provide you with an online "step-by-step" guide. This handy new guide allows you to display the help screens alongside the program screen - allowing you to "follow along" with instructions as you use each feature in the program.

ListNOW v3.0 - In the 'Add New Listing' section of ListNOW v3.0 we moved the entry for the 'Main Photo' field, and added it to the 'Edit Photos' page. This will eliminate people with slower connections losing the information they entered because they 'time out' on the photo. In addition, it will prevent confusion with the Edit Photos section.

We also divided the 'Preferences Section' into subsections to provide easier viewing.

E-mail Forwarding (Formerly Communications Center) - This was one of our biggest changes. We have completely redesigned this feature to provide easier viewing for you. All of the information to add, change, or edit your e-mail mask or auto responder is now displayed on the initial screen. In addition, each feature is now separated when editing to prevent mistakes.

Favorite Links - We've found it to easier for you to have as much information as possible displayed and accessible from the initial screen. We have modified the main page of Favorite Links so that the links are displayed in the Virtual Office in the same order they will appear on the site.

If a client would like the link to "display or not display," the link can be changed with one simple click on the initial page.

In the 'Favorite Link Page Header' section we have included an 'Upload your own Header' option. This gives you the ability to choose your own custom header for your favorite links section, and change it at any time.

Free Reports - In the 'Free Reports Header' section we have included an 'Upload your own Header' option. This gives you the ability to choose your own custom header for your free reports section, and change it at any time.

Local Partners - You can now change the order of categories from Main Menu using special java script programming. This special programming allows you to use easy up-and-down arrows to visually SEE your changes while you are making them.

When adding a new Local Partner, the page has been modified to display more information making it easier to add your partners. This gives you the ability to choose your own custom header for your favorite links section.

There are even MORE changes than we described above, allowing you to have more control over your website, and making it easier to use than ever before.
