Real Estate In an effort to keep you updated on the breaking news in the real estate industry, we bring you the following items of interest: As a courtesy provided to you as part of your hosting payments, Advanced Access automatically exports the listings that you add to your ListNOW database to the Yahoo! Real Estate Classified section. When you input each listing into your ListNOW database, you have the option of selecting the 'Export' option. (The program currently defaults to a NO answer.) If Export is set to YES, your listings will automatically be exported to Yahoo! Real Estate (as long as the correct listing criteria is included.) If Export is set to NO, your listings will not be exported. When your listing is SOLD we will automatically exclude it from the export to Yahoo! Classified, as long as it is labeled accordingly in your ListNOW database. PLEASE be sure to your listings are updated in the Virtual Office when they are sold to ensure the most accurate export to Yahoo! Important Note: Yahoo! Real Estate will no longer be displaying individual or batch listings in the Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Forth Worth, Houston, Washington D.C.
