Valuable Statistics for your Sellers Did you know that you can find out exactly how many times visitors have viewed each one of your property listings on an individual basis? These statistics can be used as a valuable marketing tool for your sellers. Each featured property you add into your ListNOW v 3.0 database has a special counter installed that will let you know how many visitors it has received. As this information is only pertinent to the ListNOW section of your website, the counter is NOT loctated in your Web Statistics section. To find this special Property Listing counter, please complete the following steps:
Each listing will display the number if 'hits' is has received in the bottom right corner. (This is only viewable in your virtual office - not by the general public.) As you can see above, this sample listing has recorded 152 hits. The ListNOW individual listing statistic is a great communication tool for your sellers. When you have their home advertised in your ListNOW database, you can continually update your sellers with a report on the type of activity they are receiving through YOUR personal website. This will assure your clients that you are servicing their listing in an efficient and timely manner. Link Popularity Update We are having a great time with our Link Popularity Update.
