Here's how you can use "My New Home" to welcome friends, family and acquaintances of home buyers to YOUR website: Let's say Sunny and Joe Johnson purchase a new home from you. After the close of escrow, let Sunny and Joe know that you can add a picture of their new place to your website to celebrate their purchase. (The "My New Home" interface pulls the information directly from your ListNOW listing database.) Sunny and Joe will be so excited they'll tell all their friends and family to go to YOUR website so they can share in their new purchase.

RealtyTimes is known as the "Best Real Estate News" according to Yahoo! Internet Life.  This website receives a LOT of traffic.  An annual listing in their directory is $50 for up to 5 cities. Listing in additional cities is $10 per city. These should be the cities or towns in your state or area in which you offer services.
