Costs for Upgrading to the Classic Package  

The cost to upgrade to the Classic Package website is a one-time fee of $100.00. The cost includes transferring your domain name to a "special server" within the Advanced Access network. In addition, your Account Executive will transfer over your "About You" information and your photo to the new website.

Link Popularity Update

ValueCom is an easy site to get listed at.  It's actually a web development and consulting site, but they have a full section dedicated to Real Estate.  This is a FREE reciprocal link and you will need to add some HTML to the front page of your website.  (Just send that part to us!)

Here's how to get started:

All you have to do is fill out the simple form with your information.  Make sure and select your 'State' from the pull down menu!!  

In the 'Company Description' put some advertising information about yourself and your website.  It's best to put the areas that you serve and what can be found if they click on your link.  

If you wish to post in more than one state, there is a fee involved.  If you do not, just hit the 'accept' button and you will be automatically added for free.  

After you fill out the form, please let us know and we will add the special HTML to your website.
