Keep Your Website Fresh!

As a successful real estate professional, you are committed to providing the latest information to your clients and prospects through your online presence. The image you project to your clients and prospects with your website is essential to its success.  

With our new Classic Package, you have the ability to change the 'look' of your website any time instantly. An occasional re-design of your site lets the consumer know that you're constantly reviewing and revising the content to keep it "fresh" for the viewer. For example, here at Advanced Access, we have released 4 different designs of our corporate website in the past 4 years. Our goal in developing the new Classic Package was to create the ability to change the look of your website while keeping the time and expense to a minimum.  

In the Classic Package, you can keep your information the same while dramatically changing the layout, colors and graphics. With over 350 style choices (as of May 24, 2002), you have the option of being very creative with your online presence. Let's say you are starting off the New Year with one of our 'Happy New Year' templates. As you can see from the image below, this site changes the entire look of your website and adds a friendly graphic wishing your visitors a 'Happy New Year'.  

The benefit of these style choices is that you create a temporary theme to which you can add a corresponding message. Using the 'New Year' template within the Classic Package will also enable you to add some holiday interest. For example, you can create a page with our easy to use Page Manager, which presents your 'New Year Special' and offers a free CMA to visitors that fill out a form. This would create interest because its timely information, and shows the visitor you are keeping your website fresh and updated.

After the New Year passes, change your site back to one of the 'Standard' Templates. One of the "favorites" is our Template #4. The example featured below is in red with a 'snow' background; however, there are several to choose from depending on your individual taste.  

Now it's time to modify your 'New Year Special' to draw your potential clients in. Using the Page Manager, you can create a contest form, offering free movie tickets or dinner at a local restaurant. Another example would be to create a community page where you keep specific local news updated regularly.  

The great thing about the Classic Package is that you are able to create an unlimited number of specialized pages through the Page Manager. These pages will not be visible through your website until YOU decide you're ready. It's easy to use your Button Manager to create a new button and link to your new page when it is ready to be viewed by the public. When you decide to take the page down, it's still available through your Virtual Office where you can make changes later if you decide to "reintroduce it" some time in the future.

This weekend is the Memorial Day Holiday, and we offer two unique templates that focus on this day of remembrance. Just as illustrated in the templates above, you can see the basic information remains the same but the entire look and feel of the site has been transformed. The agent's picture is not featured in the main graphic of this particular template, although you can always add your picture to the homepage easily through our HomePage Manager.

Also, one of the features in the new Classic Package is the ability to create your own Third Level Domain names instantly. You can do this YOURSELF and EASILY through your virtual office.

Why would I want a Third Level Domain Name? It is easier and saves your clients time searching through your website if you can give them a "direct" link to a specific section, such as Featured Properties, for example. If you are advertising your listings, you can set up a direct link for the consumer to find your featured properties, and include it in your traditional marketing. Any of the sections in your website can be assigned third level domain names.

And the best news of all…..you have the access and control to accomplish all of the changes listed above. It's quick and easy, and you don't have to understand HTML or web design.
