Systems Update
May 22nd, 2007 by AnnaAt this time most systems are up and running. Specifically, certain websites will be running slowly throughout the rest of the day and the Classic 3.0 Virtual Office is currently inaccessible. Email is operating and will be slowly moving through the backlog of messages from the past day and a half. Our entire staff is working diligently to correct these remaining issues and we will continue to keep you updated.
On a positive note the resources available at this new location should help to prevent the very issues we experienced. The new data center is a state-of-the-art facility with multiple fiber paths for internet connectivity, redundant environmental control systems, on-staff AC and electrical technicians and on-site backup diesel generators.

Hi Katrina… I don’t have a way to change that right now. Once your VO access is restored it can be turned off.

Its now day 2 and this blog is the best information that AA can supply - are you kidding me. It is my own foolishness that allowed me to get into this position - no email, no web site, no information. How did I allow this to happen to our business. AA you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!

Why has Comcast banned my email address???? They say I am a SPAMMER. This does not make sense. This happened this past weekend. I don’t SPAM. I spoke with an Advanced Access rep, and he said the AA sites have been banned from Comcast. Is this true?

MJS - Our Customer Support Team has been available all day and our forums were up as previously posted. All sites are currently up at this time but we are still working through the night on many issues right now.
Brandon - Yes, there is a known issue with Comcast which we are sorting through.
Darla - We have created an issue for you to have your form looked at tomorrow.

When will the sites be ok with comcast again? I am not getting any of my emails from brandon@brandonpatrick.com . This issue needs to be addressed immediately with Comcast, as I will no longer get email. I have recieved 4 emails today, and a total of about 10 since Friday. I am accustomed to about 70-100 a day.

If I lose search engine placement on Google because of this, what is AA’s plan to remedy the situation. My site is the top site for most all things real estate in Franklin TN homes, real estate, relocation, Realtors, etc. Is AA going to do free search engine placement to get my site back? The Google spiders last hit my site on 5/19. Looks like it is time for them to come back on their weekly visit. My site has been #1 forever. My site’s email is now BANNED from my ISP….COMCAST for SPAM. I use Intellicards from AA. I do not SPAM. I NEED HELP ON MY SITE!!!

Hi Brandon - Comcast put a block on our whole company and all email coming from us as well as your site if you use that mail to forward. Sometimes ISP’s will do that if a lot of email comes to them from certain IP’s. We’re working on that with Comcast.
In the meantime you can change your brandonATbrandonpatrick.com email to forward to another email address (free to sign up for gmail, yahoo mail, etc) or change it to POP3 and check it via your Virtual Office > Domain Manager > Mail Center > Login. That way you can get your emails now.
