Hello all,

I am happy to report that we are steadily working back toward normal here at Advanced Access.  We are truly sorry for the inconveniences that have been dealt to our clients these past couple of days.

I wanted to update you on a few key items:

- Email is up and running
- Virtual Office access is restored (a few features in the VO’s are being worked on - more notes in your Virtual Office upon login)
- IntelliCards are fully functional
- IDX is up
- QuickHomes is up for 1.0 and 4.0 (Message in 3.0 VO’s re QuickHomes)

And a reminder that all sites are up and running.

And of course, our forums are up and the conversation has moved there.  The latest updates will be posted in your Virtual Offices and the Forums.  We are able to answer any questions you have through our normal means (forums, Customer Support phone and email, etc).
