I just read an article about a 16 year old girl who spoke at BlogHer and is monetizing her neopets cheats blog very successfully.  This amazes me.  As the article (which was written by 16 year old Chloe’s dad) states, she would have to work way more hours to make the money she is making flipping burgers or something similar.  I am thinking, what a great way to save for college for this girl.

Have you thought about using AdSense to give your site a boost of profitability?  People are used to ads these days, maybe it’s not so bad.  What’s the equivalent of your “college fund” as a real estate professional?  A fun vacation?  Adding to your retirement fund?  Maybe it’s still college.  Something to think about…
