There are all kinds of social media outlets available now, and they are definately a resource that could be mined for great relevant links.

Two Resources you should check out:

Trulia Answers:
Trulia.com is known as a housing search platform, but they have now added a social aspect to it and allow users to post answers…with hyperlinks back to their sites! You also get exposure to buyers who are actively asking RE questions in addition to the links.

Yahoo Answers:
Create a Yahoo profile, and get on answers.yahoo.com - As you field questions you can find opportunities to slip in your URL, in addition to the links from your profile to your website.
