I say “Just Write It!”

Yesterday I talked about writing, even if it isn’t your best writing.  You need to get it out and use what you can.

Today, Blue Penguin Development’s e-Newsletter, Writing to Win, is about writing your own Newsletter to gain focus and perspective from your past writings.

MIchael Katz says,

Here’s the bottom line. It’s easy to drift from day to day, handling the work that comes at you, but never giving much thought to what it means or how it all hangs together.

Writing a monthly newsletter, on the other hand, in addition to the pure marketing value it offers, will sharpen your focus, add to your perspective, and give you an edge over those who simply show up for their turn to bat.

There are so many reasons to just let yourself relax and write; don’t over think it, just write it!
