I saw a article on TV regarding a water servey of 8 or 9 water bottle companies plus New York city water. When the results were tabulated New York city water was judged having the best taste. Though I want to go green as much as possible, I might wait on CFL's since I have small children. It's nice when you can be green AND save some green. One thing to be careful with though is CFL bulbs. While they DO save energy, studies show that CFL bulbs create higher amounts of mercury pollution in areas where mercury is not already a problem. Just some food for thought on that one.
