Go, create a profile, and start answering real estate questions. Trust me, it’s great to be in the first group to get in on something like this. You are more able to become a trusted and known resource when a service is new.
There is a local section where you can find questions in your own area too. I suggest answering questions anywhere you can to build your credibility. There is no denying that many consumers look to Zillow for real estate; talk to these consumers, make the connections that will benefit your business. I can’t stress enough that this is the best time to get into the social media aspect of real estate. It is a hot topic, and you don’t want to miss the opportunity to build some bridges.
