After careful review of our call center statistics and in response to several client requests, we are focusing our staff coverage for Customer Support on peak hours. Our new Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 7 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time. We will remain open until 6 PM through Friday January 30th, but will be closed weekends beginning January 31st. The new weekday hours will take effect on Monday, February 2, 2009.

Our goal is to decrease hold time, and increase our level of customer service availability by having more phone coverage when you call the most.
