Important Update from Advanced Access

April 17th, 2009 by Anna

Advanced Access made a significant upgrade to our systems overnight. These upgrades include the relocation of our data center to a new multi-million dollar facility. This move will increase the overall performance of your website and other services provided by Advanced Access.

At this time we are working on resolving issues that have carried over from the completed move. We expect to have everything fixed shortly. Thank you for your patience as we continually strive to improve our service to you.

  1. I have to say, this is insane. I can’t believe you don’t have this fixed yet. I regret moving my web site to your company.

  2. Has this been going on for more then a month? I have friends that tell me a lot of my pages don’t work.

  3. Please hurry with your repairs. We have had no email for 2 days now. We are in the 30day trial period and are looking for other options. Please hurry and fix it!

  5. It’s almost 24 hours after this message was posted - no update and I guess, no recovery yet? It is getting difficult, for sure…

  6. Here’s a thought for you - How about putting a canned recording on your company voicemail about the status, although I don’t understand why all AA employees haven’t been called in to man the phones. How about putting a canned comment on your website - assuming that comes up soon - about the status. Email has been out ALL DAY not including portions of this entire week. How are you going to compensate all of us with AA website for all of the lost business this week?

  7. We cannot complete any maintenance of the site. I would love to post up some virtual tours.

  8. My website has been down all day on April 17 and all day on April 18 without any replies to my emails from customer support…. poor service. I think I will cancel and use IHouse exclusively

  10. I haven’t received e-mail for three days. I can’t reach anyone at Advanced Access via telephone. I can’t access customer service through my web site. I’ve lost countless leads and need to know when this will be resolved and what my recourse is. Thank you (Please don’t use my regular email adddress to reply, as it clearly is still down. Use my alternate: SusanRgaffney@gmail.com, as it is always reliable.)

    Thanks very much,
    Susan

  12. is there any way of knowing when this problem will be fixed? I’ve had problems sending emails since Friday afternoon when this all began. Howard

  13. Um, okay… well I cannot edit my website and have not been able to for a few days. Will someone please let me know when things are working again?

    Debbie White

  14. 4/19/09: Advanced Access websites have been buggy all weekend and the “Virtual Office” and the forums (what’s left of them) are inaccessible. No one is monitering the emails, chat is offline and the telephone voice mailbox is full.

    Customer Service is Non-Existant.

You can’t find someone to answer the phones on the weekend for $10 an hour in this economy?

Your salespeople are still referring new customers to me. I refuse to be reference any longer! Take me off the AA reference list immediately and seriously consider hiring some tech folks over the weekend to handle emergencies.

  15. The problems will be fixed “shortly”? It’s 3 days later - UPDATE THE INFO.

    Deb Jones

  16. Thank you for the update. Our website is not working. We have been experiencing many issues. Please let me know who can help us. We are getting e-mails from customers also complaining about the website not working.
