Advanced Access Update

Advanced Access Forums are now up and running. Feel free to post in the forums any time. I will be sure to reply to your messages as promptly as possible.

Other updates:

-The ATT email block is completely removed, with all emails now going through.

-3.0 IDX is back up, however, there are some mapping and thumbnail issues we are working to resolve.

-Sporadic Webmail login issues are currently being experienced by a handful of customers.

-3.0 Website statistics are currently down.

-IntelliCards maintenance is ongoing. Right now, importing lists appears to be the main issue.

I will be sure to address all comments ASAP.

  3. It is 2:37 Central standard time-I use ATT and am getting a few emails, can I feel confident that I will receive all my back emails that were blocked? Thanks for the help.

  5. This is UNBELIEVABLE to me that there is still so much wrong. Still no website stats. IDX not working at all. Can’t access file library. Anna - how about being honest and giving us a COMPLETE update.

  6. Hi Deb… the emails that IT sends to me are of the main issues that are getting the most calls so I can update everyone here. They are working on things as they come up. If you have specific questions, I can get you answers.

    File library is newly reported as of today, so we are working on that. Stats are also being worked on.

    There is no dishonesty, I apologize that I cannot itemize every potential issue that may come up, but I can assure you that IT is working on everything.

  7. Hi Vicki, sbcglobal added a block and that went to the main att list again. Our IT team made several changes to our Webmail configuration overnight in an effort to avoid a repeat once all blocks are removed. No mail is lost.

  8. Anna, I seem to be getting my emails now, I am and was just concerned about emails that were sent to me over the past week-did they get through or did the sender receive an error notice of non-delivery? Thanks again.

  9. Hi Vicki, it depends on the sending mail server if they got an undeliverable, or if the email was attempted to be resent over several days. Either way, the sending mail server will kick them an undeliverable, or will deliver the message to you now that your emails are coming through.

    Since it is email forwarding, there is nothing stored on our server in regards to your actual messages.

  10. E-mails still not forwarding. Your Customer Support Staff told me on Monday that there is still a problem with ATT, despite what is reported on this blog. When will this be resolved - it’s been 11 days now since the problem started.

  12. Hello Rich, ATT and SBC appear to be intermittently blocking emails. This is now a new “blocking” issue unrelated or tied to our server change. Our IT team is still working with them for a resolution.

  13. Hi Michael, I don’t currently have an update on 3.0 statistics. As you are aware, there were a few issues with that program prior to our move; we are working to resolve all issues with that program as quickly as possible.

  14. Still no way to make Sub-Domains for my webpages. Any ETA for that? Thanks.

  15. Hi Marlow, I don’t have an ETA on the sub-domains creation. I know for your business this is an important tool. I will see if a member of IT can give me an update on an ETA. I will pass along any information that I get.

  16. We use Bellsouth.net and are still not getting our emails forwarded. Bellsouth is part of AT&T email system. Also, haven’t been able to enter the forums and it wants me to login.

  17. Okay, this email account is still not coming through. I’ve emailed support but never hear back. I subscribe to Realty times and in the past when you had problems I had them send to both my email accounts. Well it’s May 1st and guess what I only got one email and it is not via Sold account. How many more am I missing and when do you expect to fix this problem????

  20. Hi Judy, please try the forum login again; it should work now.

    Also, BellSouth.net was blocking our servers, but it is now fixed. Please let me know if either of these issues continue to be a problem for you.

  21. Hi Sally, are you now receiving your email? There were some blocks on our servers from other providers that have been resolved. I apologize for not replying more quickly.

  22. is the att.yahoo still blocking forwarded messages from my website. i have been retrieving messages from the virtual office but it’s just extra work to get my emails

  23. Jean, I don’t believe we have ongoing blocks. I do know there were a few accounts here and there that had an issue. Have you tried contacting Customer Support via phone or Live Chat?

  24. my mail is not forwarding to my ATT account since Friday. I guess the problem is back and I am losing business. This is so unacceptable.
