Do you Have a Lead Strategy?

Over the last two weeks, I have talked about some marketing and lead generation ideas for your real estate website. I have received several emails over the last week with questions about how to get started, or what some of the best options are for marketing your website and increasing your results. I decided to cover many of those questions this week. The answer: you must have a lead strategy!

A lead strategy is not as difficult as it sounds. It should be a part of your overall marketing plan for your business. I find that the most challenging part of developing a lead strategy is the time it takes to build momentum, and keep it going.

For your real estate website, getting more traffic is the catalyst for increasing leads - if you do it right. Get the people on your site, give them a reason to stay and contact you; voila, you have a lead!
