Advanced Access

Tips on Real Estate Web Design, Marketing, and Search Engines

Advanced Access recently completed the migration of all 3.0 and 4.0 platforms to our new website statistics program! Many of you received this upgrade as recently as yesterday evening! As you can imagine, there are a lot of features in the new program, and we want you to get the most out of it.

First, a little background

Advanced Access teamed up with VisiStat, a leading provider of real-time web analytics and marketing analysis solutions, to provide you with the most reliable and user-friendly statistics available. We are pretty happy with the results, and even use this program for our own analytics!

The Basics – How many people visit your website?

A picture is worth a thousand words – It couldn’t be any easier to see your traffic totals!

Some Key Features

Going beyond the robust visitor totals and page views reports, I wanted to highlight some of my favorite features for you:

StatCasting® Live Visitor Reporting – This means you can see how many people are on each page of your site at any given time. Click to view your live visitors and standard analytics information is provided for each visitor (IP, geographic location, browser, and operating system).

Real-time website statistics with detailed information

IP Specific Click Path Reporting – You can see each visitor’s click path through your website by IP and location. This can really help you target your marketing efforts.

Heat “Touch” Mapping - Not sure how well your home page content is arranged? If only you could know where people were clicking so you could highlight your best information…you CAN! This feature will overlay your site with a touch map that shows clicks on your pages to reveal your best performing features.

Search Engine Optimization & Keyword Trending – Your statistics program allows you to check where your website ranks for specific keywords on the top three search engines. You can also find out how visitors are finding your website.

Track your search engine placement for specific keywords and pages

Reports – The reports you run can be viewed online and also saved to Excel. All reports can be saved as favorites, and can be customized by several sets of criteria.

Page Isolation – This is effective for tracking the success of your individual pages. You can track the number of visitors who clicked on a page, and how many of those visitors completed your contact form or clicked on a link to visit another page. Knowing the level of performance for each page will help you decide where improvements should be made, and where to focus more marketing attention.

Mr. Davis forward e-mail to me regarding some of the changes to Advanced Access web site. Is there an extra charge to sign up for this or is this included in what he is already paying per month? Is this something we need to update daily, weekly or is it something you do?

    Thank you.
