Realtor Safety Month

September brings with it a slew of happy things: football season, cooler temperatures, changing leaves, and more. But September is also the National Association of Realtors’ Realtor Safety Month, which sets our focus onto the safety of Realtors and other real estate professionals. Sadly, the past year has not been very kind to those in the real estate industry. Violent attacks and murders are threatening the safety of those in the business.

If you think that going green is just a fad, think again. The green movement has taken over the world and is penetrating the real estate world as well. For you as a real estate agent, this means that you’ve got to join the movement. Jumping on the green bandwagon in your own home as well as the ones you sell will do nothing but help you succeed even more than you already do. Recycling water, using solar power, natural ventilation systems, and rooftop gardens are just a few ways a house can turn a slightly greener hue.
