Pat attended The Ohio State University for three years, and soon afterward graduated from Capital University majoring in early child development/child psychology. For the next year she continued her education in a 1-year internship with no pay, and completed studies earning her certification as a Montessori instructor.

He later moved to the greater Chicago area, until the age of 10, when he and his mother moved back west to Arizona, where he was raised and has lived pretty much his entire life. Joel is the oldest of five children with four boys and one girl, and will always be a “Texan,” although he lives here in California. He enlisted right out of high school for 11-years, and during that time earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in the field of Professional Aeronautics. The last 13-years he spent in the Navy as an Aerospace Maintenance Officer, stationed throughout the world. Finally in the mid 1980’s, Hawk settled here in California, and once he arrived in San Diego, he “dropped anchor” and made the beautiful seaside community his ultimate home.

Glenn Ginsburg was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. He relocated to Florida in 1983, “to escape the cold, snow and ice.” Prior to entering the real estate profession, Glenn had a successful career in Hospital Financial Administration, specializing in the areas of internal auditing and accounts receivable management, where he distinguished himself as one of the nation’s leading healthcare experts on accounts receivable turn-arounds. He also served with one of the largest international certified public accounting firms. In 1995, Glenn passed the Florida real estate license examination.

Her Advanced Access Website has become one of the better known sites on the Internet, as unique as her slogan – “It’s not magic, it’s hard work,” is her Website moniker – a caricature of Carol in a genie outfit floating on a magic carpet, and being summoned from her bottle! Her education and early career was in the field of education, and later she earned her Master’s Degree in Elementary School Education.

She has an older brother, now retired after serving since 1959 as a priest in the Archdiocese of New York. Her Mom was a “homemaker,” while her Dad was a 44-year member of the New York Police Department (NYPD), where he served as a Chief Inspector for a number of years before he retired.
