Sue Doninger Greer: When I lived in New York the only way you could have a nice home was to renovate. I loved the process. When I moved to North Carolina new construction was a treat. I enjoyed shopping and seeing all the possibilities. I decided to turn my passion into a profession, and the rest is history! Lisa Stubblefield:. After I quit my software engineering job at Lockheed Martin to move home to Texas, I started attending real estate investor meetings to “take notes” for my mother. She owned and operated two salons. I was a New York City Police officer. After I retired from the NYPD we decided to relocate to Longwood, Florida. I talked to other agents about what they liked and disliked about their websites, which tools on their websites were the most beneficial, and what functions were lacking.
