TeamConnect: Having a few family members already in the real estate business, it was only natural that we all began working together at one point. There are currently six family members working under Century 21 Elite Properties as TeamConnect. It all started when two of the teams working the Central Florida real estate market decided to join forces as TeamConnect. The four open windows on the team’s logo represent the original four and the half moon slash through the logo are the family members coming aboard as one team. Our family has always been close, so coming together as one and helping our buyers and sellers was an easy and almost natural transition. AA: Do you have a specialty or favorite niche market group? AA: At what point did you realize your need for a website? Describe your journey to Advanced Access and why you chose us as your provider. TC: Understanding the real estate business and the value of having a web site was very easy. The team appointed 3 members to research and use the free trial sessions many web sites offer to gather information on a few of the most popular real estate web sites out there. As a team we needed to know price, unique web site design, helpful customer service, technical support and monthly constructive reviews that each company has to offer. After going over all the research, Advanced Access was the obvious choice and we have never regretted our decision. Our first web site we started was www.TeamConnectHome.com and in the past year we purchased another web site from Advanced Access, www.MyTeamConnect.com. AA: How has your real estate website impacted your business? TC: Our web site has impacted our business by providing a valuable resource to our clients. Home buyers can search, save and receive auto notification of every listing in the Central Florida area. Our sellers can see their home showcased on our home page with a tour and in our featured listings. Our web sites generate more leads then any other source of marketing and we feel this service provides the utmost value to our customers and clients. This makes for positive and rewarding business relationships. AA: What other resources through Advanced Access and life in general have contributed to your success? TC: TeamConnect, being a family business, has truly contributed to our success. Making sure we are always holding our team to a higher standard. As a team we strive to meet our long and short term goals, uphold the team’s Mission Statement and Code of Honor while providing the best possible customer service to each and every one of our clients. TeamConnect believes we can only be as good as the companies we do business with. Working together with Advanced Access these past few years, we look at them as part of our team growing together. This is a quote TeamConnect lives by and believes in. AA: Share with us some information about a recent transaction that began as a result of your website. TC: One recent transaction that was a result of our web site was from a first time buyer searching the internet for listings in the Central Florida area. Our site TeamConnect was high in the search engines and they proceeded to look at our Featured Listings. They found a home they wanted to see and called the team for a private showing. After a few days of showing them the area we found exactly what they were looking for and wrote an offer. This transaction resulted in a new home for the buyer and a long time client for TeamConnect who has since given us repeat business and referrals. This is only one of many leads that have started from a simple search of our web site that the team has brought to the closing table. AA: What are some of your goals for your website and your online presence? AA: Tell us a little about your family, your history, and what you like to do in your spare time. TC: Our family originated from Green Bay, Wisconsin, moved to the Chicago area and around ten years ago relocated to Orlando, Florida. Currently we all live in the Dr. Phillips, Windermere and Winter Garden areas. We are a close-knit family who loves to work hard and play even harder. I do not think we ever thought we would all be working together as a team in the Real Estate profession and enjoying every minute of it. Surprisingly, in our spare time you will usually find us all together having a cookout, a pool party, or a competitive game of one sport or another. We are sports addicts and quite competitive; but we have a lot of fun! Then at times, you may see us all up front at a midnight Christmas Eve church service or attending an Easter sunrise service at Universal Studios. Our favorite vacation spots seem to be both coasts of Florida, the Caribbean, and the Hawaiian Islands. A few of us actually lived in Hawaii while attending the University of Hawai |

We also continually strive to increase website usability. Real Estate marketing is only successful if people can see and use our websites. By using key phrases, we increase opportunities to rank our websites at higher positions on search engines. We stay in close communication with Advanced Access and follow their lead and suggestions on how to continually improve our websites. We will also maintain up-to-date sites and offer the best possible information to all our present, past and future clients.
