Advanced Access: How did you get started in the Real Estate Industry? Jennifer Blalock: After I had my daughters I wanted a career that allowed flexibility with my schedule. AA: Do you have a specialty or favorite niche market group? Jennifer Blalock: I focus more on listings. Most of my business thanks to your help comes from my AA: At what point did you realize your need for a website? Describe your journey to Advanced Access and why you chose us as your provider. Jennifer Blalock: I began talking with other agents. I came across several website that I found impressive and began investigating who they were using. AA: How has your real estate website impacted your business? Jennifer Blalock: My marketing dollars are currently and will continue to be invested into my website as I have seen the return. Once again the majority of my business, outside of personal referrals come from my website. AA: What kind of results have you achieved as a result of your website and Internet presence? Jennifer Blalock: I was the in the top 10 listing agents within my office (180+ agents). I ranked in the top 25 of closed sales. I was also approached by HGTV to feature a home on one of their tv shows. AA: What other resources through Advanced Access and life in general have contributed to your success? Jennifer Blalock: Not giving up. At times when I just wanted to say “forget it” finding the motivation to keep going. AA: Share with us some information about a recent transaction that began as a result of your website. Jennifer Blalock: When I go on a listing presentation that was generated from my website, I always bring that back to their attention so they can see the exposure their individual listing will get as well. AA: What are some of your goals for your website and your online presence? Jennifer Blalock: I am currently working on the organic rankings and hope to be in the top 7 by the end of this year and maintain consistency in the top seven for my keywords. AA: Tell us a little about your family, your history, and what you like to do in your spare time. Jennifer Blalock: I am married with two daughters. I have been in the housing industry for over 11 years. |
