An Interview With Christian & Amity Amacker:

Advanced Access: How did you get started in the Real Estate Industry?

Christian Amacker: After 8 years in the military (4 in the Army & another 4 in the Navy), I went to college to get a formal education. During my drives back and forth to school, I began to notice many houses being built along the freeway. I started to think about Real Estate while commuting and realized that it would be a good career field for me. Real Estate offers so many areas of specialization, so when markets shift, I have opportunities to shift along with it and keep myself in business.

AA: Do you have a specialty or favorite niche market group?

Christian & Amity Amacker: Right now, it’s Property Management. From the beginning of my real estate career, I was always an excellent listing agent… but with current downturn in the market, sales are very difficult and slow. Property management affords me an opportunity to keep an income flow, while building relationships that will lead to future buying and selling.

AA: At what point did you realize your need for a website? Describe your journey to Advanced Access and why you chose us as your provider.

Christian & Amity Amacker: Being of a newer generation of Realtor, I understood the importance of the internet from the very beginning. I had a website with another company before my AA site, and while it was very attractive and eye catching, it turned out to be nothing more than an impossible-to-find billboard floating around somewhere out in internet space. After doing my own research with keywords and search engine queries, I began to notice several AA sites coming up at the top of my searches. After a little more research, I dropped my existing website and jumped onboard with AA.

AA: How has your real estate website impacted your business?

Christian & Amity Amacker: Very well, in fact. I have excellent search engine rankings for my keywords and search terms, and my website now generates close to 75% of my business leads. Of course, the internet is a fluid and evolving entity, so staying current and on top requires ongoing work, but the AA technicians behind the scenes do a great job in helping me keep my web presence & rankings up where I want (and need) them.

AA: What other resources through Advanced Access and life in general have contributed to your success?

Christian & Amity Amacker: Without a doubt, subscribing to AA’s “Gold” Premium Marketing Package has been the best investment in the life of my website. The support and advice I get through that program has been fantastic… and it’s what I attribute the majority of my site’s success to.
