I found out about Advanced Access at a recent CRS Technology class. I spent about a week reading everything on your web site, including all the customer testimonials and comments. I was a little unsure about taking this leap after being with Alamode for the past year. Once I decided to make the call, and I spoke with Casey Griswold , Director of Inside Sales, I knew I was with the right company. Casey definitely showed 'world class' customer service skills, and made me feel like I was back home and not a new customer. Casey advised me that Jay Jacinto would be contacting me shortly, and sure enough, I was connected with Jay in short order.

What impressed me about Jay was again, his 'world class' customer service skills, which apparently is the heart and soul of your company. At least that's what I feel up to this point. Jay e-mailed me, phoned me, responded quickly and proficiently to every question and request, and made setting up my new web site a pleasing and uncomplicated event. Jay gets two thumbs up from me!!

I started with a basic website, and not only has that been a success, so has the custom company website that I built with Advanced Access. Your customer service reps were always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me. This is what made me think of Advanced Access when it was time to do the company website!

Building www.MetroEstates.com was my next project. I decided to go for the Premium website so that we could make the Metro name stand out – and your site designer did just that! All of our websites together average over 50,000 unique visitors a month, and I must give thanks to Advanced Access for helping me to create a beautiful and effective website. Your designers even created an “intranet” where Metro agents can login, get information, and download forms that they need. That sure saves me time – I can be in 10 places at once. I could not have done it without your great support team and innovative Marketing Tips!

The thing I am most thankful for is the assistance and success you have brought to our agents. As you know, we work for them! Thank you for creating a special “Metro template” for us, and showing our agents how to use it. Without your support department, I would need to hire one of my own. Being able to set up a website for an agent in just one short week is so helpful in starting them off on the right track. We currently have over 10 Metro templates, and we just bought 10 more.
