I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything! This letter is looong overdue, as I have been having success as an Advanced Access customer since 2001. I started with a basic website, and not only has that been a success, so has the custom company website that I built with Advanced Access. On top of that, my agents’ sites with you are also flourishing! Thank you, thank you, thank you Advanced Access for helping myself, helping Metro Realty, and helping Metro agents achieve website success! First of all, Advanced Access helped to teach me how to run and maintain a good website. With my personal site, www.BradColeman.com, I would spend quite a bit of time on the phone with your customer support learning the basics from search engines to the Virtual Office. Your customer service reps were always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me. This is what made me think of Advanced Access when it was time to do the company website! Building www.MetroEstates.com was my next project. I decided to go for the Premium website so that we could make the Metro name stand out – and your site designer did just that! All of our websites together average over 50,000 unique visitors a month, and I must give thanks to Advanced Access for helping me to create a beautiful and effective website. Your designers even created an “intranet” where Metro agents can login, get information, and download forms that they need. That sure saves me time – I can be in 10 places at once. I could not have done it without your great support team and innovative Marketing Tips! The thing I am most thankful for is the assistance and success you have brought to our agents. As you know, we work for them! Thank you for creating a special “Metro template” for us, and showing our agents how to use it. Without your support department, I would need to hire one of my own. Being able to set up a website for an agent in just one short week is so helpful in starting them off on the right track. We currently have over 10 Metro templates, and we just bought 10 more. It helped me to do an assessment of my time and talents and money I had available at the time. I decided to go with a designer who provides great content, good template design choices, flexibility to let me customize with some of my own ideas, and lots of marketing support to get good search engine placement. Their founders are Realtors so they understand the needs. My choice was and is Advanced Access, http://www.AdvancedAccess.com... One year later I can honestly say that I am just delighted with their services. The site has grown with my learning and experience. I have a more limited template iLead site with Realtor.com but it does not bring in any business and I will not continue it next year. HTH. I learned of Advanced Access early in 2001 through Realtor® Vern English, a little north of us in Tampa. As we both know, he has won several awards for his Web site, which you created from one of your templates. Noting your competitive prices and a whole lot of valuable real estate and mortgage information on your sites, I decided to go for an Advanced Access Smart Site. Wow! Little did I realize that with a little creative customization on our mutual parts our Web site would become such an integral part of our business. Because of the nature of our business, the combination of what your template sight already offered along with our added on-line features of requesting a list of our property inventory, allowing our buyers to "bid" for properties , and applying for hard equity mortgage loans, our traffic has increased infinitesimally! There are some days when we receive upwards of 25 or more bids, or loan applications combined. These are not just routine "hits" but direct, income-producing inquiries. And, it's growing! Overall, we continue to experience nearly 5,000 regular hits per month. But the real news is that through the use of the site ,and continually notifying our clientele of its features, we have increased our business and continue to "automate" more of it daily. Michelle, you and the Advanced Access Team have performed nothing short of phenomenally insofar as your ability to design our site and accommodate us. We both know how many adjustments and additions we have asked you to make to get the site where it is today. Compared to our previous experience with Web designers and hosters, there is no comparison to the response and attention we have received from Advanced Access, not to mention the superior features your sites offer to Realtors®. In the intervening months, I've discovered that my decision has been justified in many ways, and here are a few I'd like to share with you. First, I am so pleased with the professional image it gives me. I appreciate the useful information in the weekly tips. I'm impressed with the new ways your team finds to make the site better looking, and easier to manage for me! "I spent a lot of time, close to a year, just checking out website designers, looking at samples of what appealed to me and trying to decide what direction I wanted to go in for my website. Did I want to spend the time to learn how to design my own? Did I want a custom website? Did I want a template website?
"In previous years I had felt that a Web site for us would be, perhaps at best, only moderately beneficial to our business, but not a whole lot more.
