"You would not believe the leads I'm getting Angie. The required form that they fill out before beginning the search on my site yields between 8 and 26 leads a day. This time of year in this resort area leads are few and far between. The last 3 weekends I've had 2-3 appointments each Saturday and Sunday. So far I have written 5 contracts resulting directly from my website. I've started a gold mine! I hired an assistant last week to do nothing but handle my email leads and buyer follow up.

I got my first real results from my web site when I got a listing last week. When they called me, I couldn't get out to see the sellers as fast as they wanted and they were going to go ahead and list with one of the many agents they had already interviewed. I sent them to my web site to view my listings. They also saw the info on selling your home and printed it out. They called me back and made an appointment within my time frame.
