The Affinity Marketing Program
Officially introduced, in June, 2003, the ADVANCED ACCESS Affinity Marketing Program was created to form meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with State Associations of REALTORS®, and as an opportunity to market our products and services to our target audience, which are real estate brokers and agents. The key elements of the program were that there had to be an incentive for brokers and agents to act, and there had to be a reason for the State Association to have an interest in this type of relationship. These objectives were accomplished by (1) providing brokers and agents with substantial discounts on our products and services, (2) providing State Associations with additional sources of non-dues revenues through our royalty and advertising participation programs, and (3) promoting the program as an Association-provided membership benefit.
A great deal of thanks goes to our first Affinity Partner, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, where we received the opportunity to prove the value of our Affinity Marketing Program.
