Here's how it works:

Step One: Creating Your New Advanced Access Website

Aided by our revolutionary step-by-step site generation wizard, which will guide you through the beginning stages of creating your website, you will be able to provide us with all of the information we need in order to create your website.

Step Two: Now that Your Website is Created

A Customer Support Representative will contact you in order to give you a tour of your new website and teach you the "basics" to get you started off on the right foot.

Step Three: Now that Your Website is Online

After your website is online, you will have access to our helpful and friendly Customer Support Department. Our Customer Support network ensures you will receive excellent service and a quick response time.

In addition to contacting our Customer Support Department for assistance and advice for your website, you can also sign up for our FREE Online training classes.

Advanced Access' commitment to ALL of our Customers:

You will receive an introductory e-mail within two business days from the date your order has been received.
Once your website is created, you will get an introduction to your website features from a member of our Customer Support Department.
After your website is placed online, our Customer Support Department will be available to work with you in the future for all of your website needs.
If you call and leave a message for any member of our Customer Service Division, you will receive a response promptly (usually within 1 business day).
If you e-mail any member of our Customer Service Division, you will receive a return e-mail promptly (usually within 2 business days).
After your website is placed online, each and every week we will send you Marketing Tips via e-mail. Your weekly marketing tip is designed to give you ideas on how to make the most of your website on the Internet to ensure the most traffic and exposure possible.
If you EVER have a question or problem that can't be handled directly by a member of our Customer Service Division, you will be contacted in a timely fashion by one of their supervisors or managers.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our products and/or our service, you will be given your money back within 30 days of the date of your order. That's our guarantee. If we have already registered your domain name, that money is non-refundable as it is paid to an outside organization.
