Inside Sales Representative

The overall job summary would include the following:

Selling Advanced Access internet products and services over the telephone
Handle inbound calls and emails
Effectively demonstrate products
Follow up with prospects
Respond quickly, professionally, and with experience to prospect customer requests

Knowledge, skills, abilities:

3+ years of sales experience required (technical or internet sales a plus)
Strong telephone skills
Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
Self-motivated - need little direction in accomplishing daily tasks
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Successfully integrates opportunities, objectives and resources
Team orientated
Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Internet required
Goldmine experience a plus
Experience in real estate a plus
Knowledge of SEO a plus
