Outside Sales Representative

The position entails:

Setting appointments via phone (cold calling)
Doing one-on-one and group sales presentations (8 to 10 per week)
Generating new sales and meeting quotas and goals
Extensive travel within territory (typically statewide)
Some overnight travel

Mandatory requirements for the position are:

Minimum 2 years outside successful sales experience to direct customers / end users
Prior experience working from home office
Proficiency with Internet, Email, MS-Office, etc.
Ability to travel (including overnight)
Prior experience setting up and performing multiple group presentations per week
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry
