Justin Davis
Vice President and General Manager

Justin Davis is responsible for running the overall day-to-day operations of the company.  Having rapidly risen from the ranks through hard work, excellent judgment, leadership ability and people skills, Justin is admired by both his clients and his peers.  Justin's promotion to the office of Vice President and General Manager is testament to his extraordinary organizational and managerial skills along with his natural ability to lead our employees in the guiding principles of the company.  Justin sets an example for his peers with honesty, intelligence, superior work habits and the highest of integrity.  In addition, Justin is always pleasant, personable, and keeps our clients' interests foremost in his mind.

Justin has been with the company since 1999 and has had wide-ranging experience in all departments including Customer Service, Sales, and Operations.  Originally from a retail management background, Justin grew up in Southern California and attended college in Ohio.  Justin is married to the former Kristina Morrison, and together they have two children – a daughter and son, Samantha Leigh and Griffin Scott.

As a leading provider of Internet products and services for the real estate industry, we are always seeking exceptional professionals to join our motivated and energetic ADVANCED ACCESS team.  Jamie Griswold exemplifies the values and ideals embraced by our organization.

Jamie is solely responsible for the task of filling the various departments and staffing needs that our growing company has developed over the past years.  As the Office Manager, her duties include the overall development of personnel policies and procedures, and she coordinates many of these programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of all policies and procedures.

This position is designed to provide support, on a day-to-day basis, to the various Senior Management Team members and their Departments, and she often serves as the first point of contact on routine employee issues.  Her additional duties include but are not limited to responding to policy and procedure questions, scheduling and conducting employment and exit interviews, consulting with managers on a myriad of employee relations issues, and coordination of organizational and various sponsored employee activities.

She spent several years as a Production Control Manager in the Aerospace industry where she gained exceptional management and recruiting skills before joining our staff.

While she is away from the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.  A Southern California native and the oldest of five children, she is extremely close to all her siblings, which include two brothers and two sisters.

Casey Griswold
Director of Sales

Casey Griswold was promoted to Director of the Inside Sales Department in January 2006, and later in August 2006 added Client Retention to his team. For him, this represented the culmination of a five-year career move from a sales staff employee to member of the Directors Management Team.

Joining the ADVANCED ACCESS family in September 2001, Casey was a member of our original Direct Sales Department, and quickly distinguished himself as an accomplished sales representative. Displaying uncanny sales skills along with detailed product and program knowledge, he was promoted to the position of Direct Sales Closer and continued to play an instrumental role in making that Department successful over the next three years. In early 2005, Casey was moved to the Inside Sales Team where his contributions and impressive skills continued, and eventually led to his promotion as Director.

Griswold is a California-native having been born in nearby Huntington Beach, and is the second-oldest of four children with two sisters and a brother, along with his Jack Russell Terrier, named “Jack.” His education includes attending technical school in Arizona, and prior to joining ADVANCED ACCESS recorded over 10-years of sales-customer service experience.

When not in the office overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales and Client Retention team, Casey enjoys poker, movies, and spending all of his free time with his family.

Christopher Clelland was chosen for his overall knowledge of our products and services, his loyalty, efficiency and his true leadership qualities.

Proving the theory of "leadership by example", Chris represents an ideal to which we all aspire in providing outstanding customer service. Hard-working and conscientious, Chris' organized approach to working with clients and company associates wins rave reviews from both our customers and his peers.

Chris was home schooled throughout middle and high school, then worked in construction, restaurants, retail sales, and direct sales before coming on board with ADVANCED ACCESS. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing guitar, playing soccer, going to movies, cooking...and of course, eating! Most importantly, Chris enjoys spending time when and where possible with the love of his life, his wife Fabi (short for "Fabiola") and his son Matthew.

Chris feels that being our Director of Business Analysis is the best job he has ever had, and that feeling is reflected in the exceptional service he provides to our valued clients.


Mark Gilmore
Director of Business Development

Mark Gilmore joined ADVANCED ACCESS in May 2002 to implement the company’s Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. As the Director of MLS Services, he was charged with oversight of this recently-NAR-implemented program. Upon his arrival, the company had working relationships with 5 Multiple Listing Services; today, there are relationships in place with more than 700 MLSs. It was Mark’s responsibility to ensure that all agreements were properly reviewed, executed, and most importantly, enforced. In January 2004, he assumed the additional role of Vice President of Affinity Programs, and was responsible for creating Affinity Marketing Agreements with State REALTOR® Associations. As of July 2006, he has created Affinity partnerships with 11 State REALTOR® Associations and 2 Local Associations, with many more pending.

Currently serving as Director of Business Development, Mark’s role has expanded to include creating business relationships with Independent Contractors (educators, speakers, motivators, etc.), and Vendor Referral Network (companies that provide excellent business tools to enhance our clients' websites).

A native Californian, Mark was raised in the San Gabriel Valley, attended Glendora High School and Citrus College, where he majored in real estate and business administration. His career in real estate began in 1967, and in 1973 he opened his first office, aptly called Mark One Real Estate. In 1974, he purchased a Red Carpet Real Estate franchise, which rapidly grew to 4 offices and more than 300 agents. In 1982 he sold his company, and in 1985 embarked on a new, but still real estate-related career in REALTOR® Association management as EVP of 2 local-area REALTOR® Associations.

Mark and his wife Nancy reside in the Orange County community of La Habra.

Aron Spegon
Director of Customer Service

Aron began his career at ADVANCED ACCESS as an Account Executive in our Customer Service Division. His talents were quickly recognized as he set an extraordinary example for all of our customer service team members. As Aron became familiar with our organization he began to “push the envelope” for a higher level of service by proposing the creation of a new department within our Customer Support Division. Soon after creating and managing our Website Follow Up Department, Aron became the Assistant Director of Customer Support. We are delighted that Aron now serves as our Director of Customer Support. He is responsible for maintaining our high level of service to our valued clients.

Before coming to ADVANCED ACCESS, Aron was an integral part of the team at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. New Horizons is a Fortune 500 company with training centers world wide. Aron gained many of his excellent customer service skills while he was a part of their organization. He also attended school while at New Horizons at Fullerton College with majors in Psychology and Computer Science.

Aron hails from Chicago, Illinois. He was able to see much of our country as his family relocated often while he was young. Aron and his older brother, David, have lived in Illinois, North Carolina, Arizona, and both Northern and Southern California. He enjoys movies and reading mystery and fantasy books. Aron also loves spending time with his long-time girlfriend, Jacki.

Aron’s focus for the future is the expansion of our communication abilities with our clients. He intends to utilize the most modern technology and methods to grow our strong network of communication, which currently includes our phone support, email support, forums, and in-person training classes. Aron’s philosophy is that customer service begins with good communication. He says, “We are lucky to be in an industry that understands the importance of staying on the forefront of technology to continually improve our products, service and communication with our clients.”

Gary joined the staff in March 2003 as the Director of Marketing & Advertising. After only 6-months at ADVANCED ACCESS, he was promoted to Vice-President of Affinity Marketing & Communications to assist the ever-growing ADVANCED ACCESS Affinity Marketing Program.

Gary brings over 27-years experience in the marketing, advertising and public relations field. As Director he is responsible for developing and managing a consolidated media plan that promotes a positive brand image to consumers and real estate professionals utilizing television, radio, print media, and on-line mediums. He formally served as the Vice President of Marketing & Member Services for the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, which is the fourth-largest local real estate Association in the country.

Brackle considers himself a “transplanted Californian native,” having lived in the greater Los Angeles area since 1985. He was born and raised in Ohio, and is a 1979 graduate of The Defiance College, where he majored in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Journalism & Political Science. He was awarded a two-year Graduate Assistantship to the University of Dayton, where he majored in Organizational & Political Communication.

While attending and teaching at Dayton, Brackle also was named as the Assistant Sports Information Director and worked with both the women’s and men’s Intercollegiate Athletic Programs. He was named as the youngest Sports Information Director in the entire country, when in 1981 he joined the staff at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He later joined the U.S. Sports Academy, and was named the Director of Communications & Media Public Relations for the Middle East Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and held that position until moving to California in 1985.

Gary’s hobbies include golf, his long-time support of Cleveland sports teams, his Dalmatians Domino and Checkers, and his girlfriend, Diane. He is the oldest of four children; Dan a senior vice-president for TransUnion (Eastern Region); Bob, a vice-president for National City Bank of Pennsylvania; and Mary Frances, vice-president communications & marketing for Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio. He is the son of Frances & Robert Brackle, who recently celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary.

David Eagle
Director of Information Technology

David Eagle joined the Senior Management Team here at ADVANCED ACCESS in March 2007, as the Director of Information Technology. He actually began his career with ADVANCED ACCESS in May 2000, as an Administrative Assistant virtually right out of high school handling a variety of client’s Website customization requests. Over the next several years, David proved his ability to serve in a variety of information technology roles, and has been a primary architect in the infrastructure development of the current company headquarters.

His duties here at ADVANCED ACCESS involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of the information technology department, and developing specific goals and objectives to meet the ever-increasing technological needs of ADVANCED ACCESS and its’ clients nationwide. These duties include the overseeing of approximately 130 servers, the current phone system, accounting systems, a customer service management database, and an e-mail system for staff and clients that handles over 20-million messages each month.

A native of Southern California, David was raised in the nearby City of Norwalk, and enjoys a number of activities including reading, photography, archery, and is active in the local church that he and his lovely wife, Kimberly, met at and were eventually married at in 2005. They both are proud of their additional “prized member” of their family, a Shetland Sheepdog, Noah, that resides with them in the community of La Habra.

Don Gibson
Director of Software Engineering

Don Gibson is one of the newest members to join the Senior Management Team here at ADVANCED ACCESS in March 2007, as the Director of Software Engineering. Don brings over 23-years of programming experience in the industry along with an additional eight years of managing high-performance software developmental teams.

His duties here at ADVANCED ACCESS involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of the software department and its personnel. This includes leading the software department in conceiving, designing, and developing customized, state-of-the-art application software. His goals and objectives include leading his team through the entire developmental life cycle, from conception to delivery and implementation in order to keep ADVANCED ACCESS at the cutting edge of real estate industry products, programs, and services.

Don has virtually “grown-up” with the PC, as he has developed many innovative applications that are used on the World-Wide Web still today. His experience includes working at TRW, Ashton-Tate (now Borland), and Canon, and his teams have delivered quality software to countless numbers of customers across the country. A born and raised native of Southern California, Don enjoys a number of activities including playing the Blues on his many guitars, photography, spending time with his two children, Nicholas and Emily, and exploring the remote wild lands of California in his Jeep.
