Two Real Estate Web Developers Merge

(February 22) -- ANAHEIM, Calif., PRNewswire via COMTEX--Two California firms that specialize in real estate specific Web site development and hosting have merged to form a new company that will offer value-added benefits for clients and position the company for a national expansion.

Advanced Access, which specializes in Web site development, hosting, and database management systems, has merged with HomesBy.com to create a specialty-market Web development company. The combined company works with about 3,000 clients including real estate salespeople, brokerages, associations, and lenders.

The new company will continue to operate as Advanced Access with former real estate practitioner John Morris serving as president and CEO. Michael Quick, former President of HomesBy.com, will join the company in a new position, director of business development and product strategy, overseeing creation of new Web services and Web-based software solutions. Quick began in real estate in 1989 and developed customized software solutions to help manage more than $100 million in real estate transactions over a four-year period.
