Advanced Access Clients Recognized By Florida Real Estate Association of REALTORS® In Web Site Contest

(Anaheim, CA – May 29, 2003) – Advanced Access and two of its clients were recognized as Top Ten sites for both the Salesperson and Company categories that were announced in the recently published Florida Realtor Magazine’s 4th Annual “Point, Click and Profit: Web Sites That Wow!” Contest.

Placing second in the Top Ten Salesperson category was the Web site of Louis Wery, Coldwell Banker Previews, from Longboat Key, Florida. (www.louiswery.com) The site was recognized for “a great use of a template Web site that’s fast loading with a clean home page design,” and also noted features like recent sales and current mortgage rate information which is a plus for visiting consumers.

Finishing third in the Top Ten Company category was the EquityMax, Inc. – Florida Web site, located in Fort Lauderdale. (www.equitymaxinc.com) The residential investment site takes a different approach, aimed at “making the process of buying and financing investment properties in South Florida faster and more cost effective” to its customers.

The winners were announced in The Real Estate Solutions Guide 2003, a supplement to the Florida Realtor Magazine, the official business publication of the Florida Association of REALTORS®. The publication is a news and business magazine published to provide information for real estate professionals, brokers and salespersons in one of the fastest growing states in the nation. Florida Realtor Magazine delivers clear and concise articles encompassing technology trends, promotional strategies, selling skills, motivational techniques, and product reviews. Criteria for the awards was a combination of evaluating sites for unique features such as clear focus, simple design which allows visitors to find what they want, organization, and finally being “user friendly.” The three judges who served on the panel included Stephen M. Canale, CRS, real estate technology sales trainer; Matthew W. Certo, President/CEO of WebSolvers; and Allen F. Hainge, CRS, real estate technology consultant, speaker and author with Allen F. Hainge Seminars.
